| Course Description: | The Century 21 Amber Real Estate Testing Center offers an ten-week course constructed with two goals in mind. The first goal of the course is to prepare students for the California State Department of Real Estate Salesperson Examination. With this goal in mind, the course guides students through the central text at a brisk but manageable pace, focusing on all areas required to master on the State Exam. These areas include (but are not limited to) Estates, Escrows and Title Insurance, Contracts, Real Estate Math, Ethics, Finance, and Appraisals. These topics are systematically examined and reviewed in preparation for the State Exam. The other central goal of the Century 21 Amber Real Estate Testing Center is prepare new agents for the exciting and lucrative world of real estate. The Amber Testing Center provides practical training, outlining a blueprint for a successful career in real estate. The classes are taught by the owner and broker of Century 21 Amber, David Sheerin, who shares the simple yet profound secrets to success in real estate that he has developed over the last thirty years.
