Summary of Qualifications
In the last 8 years I have represented a investment group that purchases homes at trustee sales to renovate and then sell for a profit. I have been selling foreclosed property long before this recent wave of foreclosures. My responsibilities have been to create BPO's for 1000s of properties, make and maintain profit / loss net sheets, track auction dates, and purchase the targeted properties at the trustee sales. Once the properties have been purchased I begin the eviction process if necessary, evaluate condition of the homes, and then manage the renovations. I am in charge of budgeting and scheduling of contractors. I have extensive knowledge in the area of property renovation and what specific repairs should cost. I also have extensive experience in dealing with cities and city reports. I deal with city inspectors, and manage any problems that arise. Once all the conditions have been met, I market the property to the public. I handle all facets of the sale for the seller including, but not limited to, sales contracts, lending, escrow, title, termite and all appropriate disclosures and paperwork.
I have over twelve years in real estate sales, both residential and residential income. I have received many awards including Centurion Agent in the Century 21 system and currently I am in the top 100 agents in the Century 21 System in the southern California region.
Education
I have twice completed the 4 year required continued real estate education in the last 10 years.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a minor in Marketing from Cal-State University at Dominguez Hills.
I attended El Camino College for my undergraduate studies.
I graduated from South Torrance High in 1980.
Professional Experience
I have chosen to work at the number one selling Century 21 office in the South Bay. I feel working with a trusted name brand and being a top agent gives me a distinct advantage over my competition. I am a member of the California Association of Realtors, the South Bay Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the South Bay MLS.
